Successful multi-year investments include Amazon, Nvidia, Shopify, ASML, Hubspot, Tencent and Google, amongst many others. I invest with a 2 to 5 year time horizon. Having sufficient diversification and picking largely winners are the keys to success.

Transparency is our core value. Our analysts may hold positions in the stocks or sectors mentioned in our reports. We will always endeavor to disclose these positions at the time of publication to ensure you have the full context of our analysis.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to read our research.
No Stealing: You may not copy or redistribute our paid content without prior written consent.
No “Group Buys”: Your subscription is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials or “leaking” premium reports is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without a refund.
4. Payments, Refunds & Privacy
Billing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Tech Investments never sees or stores your credit card details.
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions, though you can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Data: We value your privacy. We use your email solely to deliver the newsletter and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of Tech Investments shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes under these Terms. The arbitration will take place in London, England, in English and with one arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. You and Tech Investments agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
6. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. No Guarantees
Tech Investments is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tech Investments, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or investment losses.
